In our minds we struggle to be somewhere else better than where we are now. So, we try desperately hard to improve ourselves. When you think somethings wrong, there is a disconnection between heart and mind. Let go of your judgements, especially about yourself.
You are embodying the idea you have adopted for yourself. Be willing to soften the idea. There is something embracing the idea. Meet it without the negative desire. Experience yourself as you are now. You don’t need to get better and the separation will close between heart and mind. Wake up to the truth of who you are, make it a reality. This is necessary and you will see, hear and understand oneness from the heart.
Meditate from this place, your whole body feels the energy. Where is this energy coming from?
When you have resistance, you push away from it. The resistance or block stops you looking for what you think is wrong. Be available to what is.
Freedom is not a moment in time, it is a recognition of what has always been here.
Everything that has already happened has its own conclusion.
It’s only our idea that there is something wrong.
Just be, not do. You don’t have to wake up, nothing is relying on you.
The opportunity will come for you to step out of what you think. You are not what you think you are. There are many opportunities open for you.
Breathing, do nothing, be where you are. Softly with kindness.
You have created this, it is there for your needs. It could be unkind to yourself if you were to wish you were anywhere else. To be anything different to what it was now.
Duplicate?
We struggle so much unnecessarily, so much to be somewhere else, to be better than we are now in close skin, fitness, size. When you think something is wrong, especially about yourself, let go of our judgements. We struggle so hard to be better than we are here and now.
Release the idea things are not right, embrace the here and now as it is. Now, without the negative experience, it is necessary for us to see oneness from our hearts. See, hear, understand from our heart. Your whole body feels the energy when the energy is coming from the heart.
So, when the energy is coming from your heart, start meditating.
We have fixed ideas about what we think we have wrong and we tend to push away from it.
If we could lose some of the ideas and beliefs we hold about ourselves, we can experience unconditional love.
You made up the ideas you had in your heart, so you have the power to realise that and release them. The experiences you have had will show us what we need to learn. In love you have limitless possibilities. Getting freedom from reality.
You are always exactly where you should be now and you are always in the presence of love.
