Lesbos Retreat

Come and join us on the unspoilt Greek island of Lesbos, at The 5-star Sunrise Hotel. The wildflowers cover the rocky terrain for walkers, and you can swim in the warm Aegean Sea or take a dip in the hot healing springs.

You don't have to be good at yoga, we cater for all levels of ability including chair yoga classes.
You can treat it as a recuperating, restful week, attending all or any of the talks and practices. A full programme is offered with talks, yoga, and pranayama, preparing us for meditation. Quiet rooms are always available.

Weekend in Yoga at Hawkwood

Whatever your ability, you will be most welcome at this 2 day yoga retreat. Hawkwood is set in 42 acres of beautiful gardens, woods and fields in an Area of Natural Beauty. Renowned for its delicious organic cuisine, it also has its own spring water. It truly is a magical weekend.
