The Back Arch and Easy Arch enables you to ease the chest open. You will notice a great improvement as your back begins to straighten. Stretching and opening this vital area affects the heart, lungs and thyroid. Particularly helpful for rounded shoulders, stiff upper back or neck and painful back. The Easy Arch was designed after the Back Arch for people who required a reduced curve and stretch for their back. After time if your back becomes more flexible, you can add blocks underneath the Easy Arch to increase the curve and stretch.

These transparent arches are made from a more resilient material ( the same as street lighting) than the blue or silver arch.  They are lightweight, easy to carry and are unbreakable, that will not shatter or crack; an essential part of your yoga equipment.  Ruth says she can tell if her students have been using theirs.
