Newsletter - February 2021

Dear One,

Thank you for your wonderful letters of appreciation after the last yoga morning in January.

I was delighted to see you too.

I am keen that we take that further step into the peace and quiet of the mind through the practice of yoga.

Your practice does not have to be a “workout”. You don’t have to be “good” to join in.

All you have to do is to come with an open mind and work wholeheartedly.

We all have ideas about ourselves what we can and cannot do, these ideas can be limiting.

Remembering that the true meaning of yoga is to quieten the mind. I have experienced peace of mind when I

am focused. Then my full attention is on the practice and there is no room for circling thoughts.

On Sunday 28th February we will have time to practice pranayama, mediation and savasana and with our full

attention in the present moment experience that indescribable eternal peace.
