WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO RUTH WHITE YOGA PRODUCTS ?

8 years ago the products side of the Yoga Centre was taken over by Emma and Dave West. At the same time, we moved our Yoga Centre from Cheam to the Cotswolds in Oxfordshire, as I wished to concentrate on Residentials and Teacher Training. I am most concerned that some of you have not received your orders and have trouble communicating with the Yoga Products side. I am really sorry you have had this problem, but the products side of the old website is nothing to do with me now. Our new site is www.yogawithruthwhite.com My concern is only that you have good mats and yoga aids to practice with and this was my reason for inventing the mats in 1970. It is still most important that you have the correct aids in your practice.

Ruth was the first to bring out a Yoga practice cassette and a video Called “Stress Buster” which came out in 1970 and which was a Best seller. She compiled 20 years of yoga practise cassettes, now amalgamated and updated into 4 DVD’s and a twin pack CD, which are available from our office. At the same time she started Yoga weekends and held the very first at a convent in Hampshire, the cost of which was £12 inclusive !
